It includes product launches, community boards, bounties, and coin and reputation systems.

Article 3 (Effect and amendments)
1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise announced to Members.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable laws, including the Korean Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. Amendments will be announced within the Service, with their effective date and reasons, at least 7 days before taking effect, or 30 days for changes unfavorable to Members.
3. For material amendments, the Company may request renewed acceptance when a Member accesses the Service. Members who do not accept may have their use restricted.
4. Continued use after the amended Terms take effect is considered acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Membership registration)
1. Users sign up through Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn OAuth after accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. They must complete onboarding, including username and profile setup, to use the Service normally.
2. The Company may reject an application or subsequently terminate membership if the applicant uses another person's information, provides false information, previously lost membership, or is otherwise considered likely to cause substantial disruption to Service operations.
3. Members may use only one account. Registration through multiple accounts or automated means is prohibited.
4. Members can enable two-factor authentication, manage login sessions, export data, and request account deletion in Settings under Security.
Article 5 (Members' rights and obligations)
1. Members may use the features provided by the Company, including product registration, posts, comments, likes, saves, cheers, follows, bounties, reports, blocks, and subscriptions. While the Service is in a preparation or beta period, the Company may limit some participation features, such as posting and reviews, and will indicate this within the Service.
2. Members must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and Company notices, and must not interfere with stable operation of the Service.
3. Members may view, correct, or delete their personal information in Settings at any time. Membership withdrawal and account deletion requests are subject to the grace period in Article 9(3).
4. Copyright in Member-created Content belongs to the Member. Members grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use Content as necessary to operate the Service, including display, search visibility, and preservation.
Article 6 (Maker verification)
1. Members may request verification as the Maker of a registered project. Verification is normally reviewed manually by an administrator.
2. Applicants must provide reasonable evidence, such as domain ownership, an official website listing, public history, release records, or other supporting materials.
3. The Company reviews this evidence and decides whether to verify the applicant. It may request additional evidence or reject a request when facts cannot be confirmed. False or forged evidence results in immediate rejection and may lead to account restrictions.
4. After rejection, applicants must wait 7 days before reapplying, or 30 days after repeated rejection. The Company may adjust these periods to prevent abuse.
5. Verified Makers receive project management permissions, Maker features, and a verification badge. If false Maker activity is established, verification may be revoked and restrictions under Article 9 applied.
Article 7 (Prohibited conduct)
Members must not:
1. Post spam, false information, exaggerated advertising, or repetitive content.
2. Impersonate others, misuse another person's information, or falsely claim Maker status.
3. Engage in abusive language, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, or threats.
4. Hack the Service, carry out DDoS attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access through crawlers or bots.
5. Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, or other rights.
6. Post pornography, child sexual abuse material, violent material, or illegal content.
7. Manipulate coins, reputation, or rankings through fabricated activity, multiple accounts, macros, or similar means.

Article 8 (Content moderation)
1. The Company operates a multilayer content review process to maintain a healthy community.
2. Text posted by Members is initially checked using AI-based tools such as the OpenAI Moderation API. Content classified under risk categories such as hate, violence, sexual content, or self-harm may be blocked automatically or referred for administrator review.
3. Uploaded images may undergo child sexual abuse material (CSAM) detection and content safety verification. Violating content may be removed or blocked immediately and reported to law enforcement as required by law.
4. Members may report inappropriate posts. Content receiving multiple reports or classified as high risk by AI review may be hidden automatically pending administrator review.
5. Members may block other Members to hide their content and interactions. Blocking applies in both directions.
6. Moderation follows the Community Guidelines. Members may use the appeal procedure under Article 12(3).
Article 9 (Account suspension and deletion)
1. When a Member violates these Terms or applicable law, the Company may impose graduated measures, including warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension, considering the severity, frequency, and impact of the violation.
2. In urgent cases involving clear illegality, threats to child safety, or repeated malicious conduct, the Company may suspend an account or remove Content without prior notice and provide the reasons afterward.
3. Members may request account deletion in Settings under Security. Deletion takes place after a 30-day grace period. Members may cancel during that period. Afterward, personal information is anonymized or destroyed and cannot be restored.
4. Coins expire when membership ends. Parts of public Content connected to other Members' activity, such as comment and like counts, may remain in anonymized form.
Article 10 (Coins and rewards)

3. If coins are obtained or used fraudulently, including through fabricated activity, abuse, macros, or multiple accounts, the Company may reclaim the coins and restrict the related accounts.
4. Reputation is a cumulative metric that does not normally decrease. The Company may adjust it when false activity is identified.
5. Bounty coins are held in escrow and paid to contributors after task review and completion confirmation.
Article 11 (Limitations of liability)
1. The Company is exempt from liability when it cannot provide the Service because of circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, telecommunications failures, or failures of third-party OAuth providers, hosting providers, or external APIs.
2. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or legality of Member Content and has no obligation to intervene in disputes between Members or between Members and third parties arising through the Service.
3. The Company is not liable for lost expected revenue, reputation, or traffic. Liability for the free Service is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. The Company does not guarantee uptime and is not responsible for temporary restrictions caused by maintenance, outages, or feature changes.
Article 12 (Dispute resolution)
