Sprint A — launch-readiness switch + waitlist
What went in today:
· The launch gate has been consolidated into a single SQL flag. On launch day, one line of SQL opens the signup gate and the logged-out content gate at the same time.
· A /launch page has been added where you can join a waitlist that sends a single notification, with no ads.
· Coins are game points. They cannot be converted to money, cannot be bought or sold, and have no external value. This sentence becomes the promise on the /about page.

Direction decided: a formal commitment to a non-profit community
A few decisions have been made.
· No ads, no paid features, no intent to monetize.
· Server costs are paid out of the operator's own pocket.
· Coins are used only as game points.
· The goal is to grow into an active community (MAU 5000+) within 6 months.
· The operating team commits to replies within 24 hours, a weekly operations log (this page), and curation.
